Same Mistake
Release Date: Sept 3rd 2024
"Same Mistake" was written during a period when everything seemed to be at a standstill. No matter which direction steps were taken, something always seemed to push back to the starting point. Eventually, it became clear that the only thing holding everything in place was self-doubt about moving forward. After reflecting on how far things had come and the many amazing achievements along the way, the decision was made to write something that embodies diving headfirst into the unknown. This song serves as a thank you to all the incredible people who have supported the journey so far, making this next step—the biggest one yet—possible.
Crossfire
Release Date: March 19th 2024
A reflection on the current state of our world, where individuals are often found at each other's throats, driven by a relentless urge to impose their beliefs onto others. This song articulates the weariness of witnessing endless battles over ideologies, where acceptance and understanding are overshadowed by the desire to dominate and the fear of dissent.
From Rebirth to Certainty
Release Date: December 15th 2023
The second chapter, this extended EP starts to fit the pieces together of what the journey ahead would look like. The best revenge is always to keep moving forward while the people who tried to beat you stand still. This EP is the journey from self acceptance and accountability all the way through to anger at the easily avoided struggles of every day life. It's hard to find certainty in a world filled with chaos but sometimes the pieces just fit.
Post Cleanse || Pre Defeat
Release Date: October 31st 2021
This album was the first step towards making a positive change after battling a series of toxic and heart-breaking situations. It's a journey through grief, anxieties set in motion by that grief, into self doubt, anger and pain then finally through to the mental struggle of a voice inside your head telling you to give up. But in spite of all of it, this album was born and started the journey of MBES.
